Why run it?

There are now hundreds of churches, youth clubs and schools around the world running the course. Specially-designed manuals for Alpha for Youth have been developed for two age groups - 'Youth' 11-14 years and 'Older Youth and Students' 15-18 years. The syllabus is the same as the main Alpha course – based on the book Questions of Life - and the leaders' manual gives guidelines on how to communicate the course to youngsters.

Alpha for Youth is most successful when it’s part of an on-going Alpha programme - the best leaders are those who’ve been involved with the main Alpha course in their churches.
