Training an Alpha team well makes a huge difference to the quality of an Alpha course.

When Alpha is run well, guests are more likely to complete the course and to invite their friends to come along.

Team Training

for your teams of Alpha leaders and helpers

Talks include:

• Small Groups
• Pastoral Care
• Ministry on Alpha

Each takes about 45 minutes.

For Alpha to be effective, small group leaders and helpers should be trained each time the course is held.

The first two training sessions, ‘Leading Small Groups’ and ‘Pastoral Care’ should be held before each course starts.

The third session, ‘Ministry on Alpha’, should be held before the Alpha Weekend / Day away.

The Principles and Practicalities of Alpha

This training is essential for Alpha Administrators who will take Alpha forward in your church.

Administrators are encouraged to attend an Alpha conference.
