'Seven men from the prison Alpha
Course came to church yesterday.
Five are now regular attenders
and two are new. All seven went to lunch at a local
restaurant with a group from church.
They met a lady who was praying
for them while they were in prison which was such an
encouragement, and everyone made them feel very welcome.
The men said they felt overwhelmed
with the love they were shown. God is good!
We so long to see more people and
churches get involved with the work of caring for ex-offenders
– it is such an exciting work!'
